Contract Collection and Reporting Services

Clients have the option to engage AEI to take care of collecting, disbursing and reporting income from investments in real estate receivables. We collect payments made on real estate receivables and disburse the monthly payments to clients. We keep track of the interest portion and the principal balance after each payment, and report the required tax information to the IRS. Account history can be reviewed online, using a secured password. All reports are mailed in time for tax reporting.
